fix my golf swing?
i know i move my hips too much but i have a bad prob with slicing my driver any help is appreciated

Too much movement which is evident and shows in your left leg. (watch how much your left knee moves.) Your head needs to be a LOT more still too.
Try this: act like you are standing in a barrel and as you swing, you want your body to rotate without touching the sides of the barrel. All the while keeping your head as still as can be.
Bottom line: you need more rotation and a lot less swaying. The swaying is making you hit the slice.

Looking for a Good Golf Drill?
I have a problem in my swing. On my downswing, my arms move before my hips turn….apparently the hips should start the downswing….any suggestions? Looking for a good drill to help me out.
my problem is your point 3. I had a lesson and the instructor mentioned that by arms were starting the downswing as opposed to my hip turn.
You should clarify more as to what the problem is. Look at ball flight to give you the answer. Are you slicing, pushing, hooking the ball etc. I can guess, though, your probably slicing the ball. A good drill for you would be to use a 4 count for your swing. Count 1 as you start your back swing, 2 when you reach the top,(important) 3 is the pause at the top that allows the lower body to lead the swing,4 is the arms DROPPING into the proper downswing plane. I have trouble fighting a cut swing and this helps. Try it!!
